A small number of customers are being affected by a system upgrade. We apologise for any inconvenience; this issue is temporary and we’re working hard to fix it.
If you’re unable to top up your card or if a top up isn’t reflecting in your balance, please follow these steps.
- Check with your bank to see if the funds have left your account.
- If funds have left your bank account, please call the Travelex Customer Service team on 0800 666 391 for assistance. If calling from overseas, please call us on +44 1733 301 844*.
- If funds have not left your bank account, please try topping up again after 5 minutes. If you continue to face issues, please contact the Card Services call centre.
