Give your Travelex Sales Consultant a valid government photo identification (Passport, New Zealand Drivers Licence, New Zealand Firearms Licence or HANZ 18+ Card) and address verification document such as Bank Statement or Utility Bill issued within last 3 months.
If you present New Zealand Drivers Licence or HANZ 18+ Card as photo identification document, you will also be required to present a supporting ID such as New Zealand Birth/Citizenship Certificate. Travelex Sales Consultant can provide full list of acceptable documents at the time of transaction.

If you are sending a cash collection transfer from one of our selected Travelex stores:
- A cash pickup, available within minutes1 from a Western Union agent at over 550,000 agents in over 200+ countries and territories.
- Directly to a bank account, available within 1hr – 2 business days1 across 80+ countries5. The fee is paid by the sender6 , unlike bank transfers there are no costly surprises7.
- Mobile wallet, available within 1hr – 2 business days1 by using the receivers mobile number8 .

To receive money using Western Union® Money TransferSM, visit a participating store. Indicate the country the money was sent from, the name of the sender, the MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number) and the amount you are expecting.
